Friendship Mentoring sessions are designed to be relaxed, supportive, and focused entirely on you. Each session is a one-hour, one-to-one conversation held over Zoom or by telephone, giving you the space to talk openly and explore practical ways to build stronger, more meaningful friendships.
Together, we’ll look at your current situation, what you would like to change, and simple, realistic steps you can take to move forward with confidence. There are no scripts or pressure — just thoughtful guidance, encouragement, and practical ideas you can apply in everyday life.
You can choose a single session for focused support, or a four-session programme delivered over several weeks. Many people find the programme especially valuable, as it allows time to build confidence, practise new approaches, and develop friendships more naturally over time.
After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up summary with clear, actionable steps to help you keep progressing between sessions.
